Invite a Friend Terms and Conditions

    • Effective 20 November 2025 (the “Effective Date”), the revised campaign(dual side reward) applies across all corridors to all users, excluding Sending Money to Nigeria. For Nigeria, the previously communicated offer dates remain intact, and the terms effective 7 July 2025 continue to govern.
    • All existing and new ACE Money Transfer customers are automatically eligible to participate in the Invite a Friend program.
    • Participation in this program implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
    • A referral is considered successful only when a new user:
      • Registers using the referrer’s unique link or code.
      • Completes a paid transaction equal to or above the Minimum Transaction Value listed below
      • Passes ACE’s Referral Compliance checks (KYC / AML / Fraud Control)
    • The reward shall be given in local currency value for both sender and receiver.
    • If multiple links or codes are used by the referred customer, the reward will be issued to the referral code used at the time of registration. No Disputes shall be entertained arising from conflicting referral claims.
    • For all supported countries excluding Nigeria, one successful paid referral triggers instant rewards for both the Referrer (Sender) and the Referee (Receiver).

    • Nigeria T&C’s (Unchanged): 3 paid referrals of ≥ £200 (or equivalent) unlock a single £50 reward to the Sender only. No reward is issued to the Receiver.

    • Rewards are credited instantly after a qualified transaction passes compliance and the qualifying criteria mentioned above for the mentioned countries.
    • Rewards are credited in the customer’s ACE Wallet and may be used toward future transfers, up to 50% of a credit value in a single transaction.
    • Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Credits may be reversed if the qualifying transaction is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or identified as fraudulent.
    • Referral Compliance checks are performed after each referral. No reward will be credited if a referral fails compliance or fraud checks.
    • ACE reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or deny rewards in cases of misuse, including but not limited to referring existing customers, referring users from the same household, fake or duplicate accounts, or abuse of the referral mechanism.
    • ACE may request ID verification documents from participants at any time.
    • ACE may send push notifications or emails regarding reward credit status.
    • ACE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.
    • If you are located in certain regions, countries, or jurisdictions, you may not be able to use the Services or some of their features.
    • All decisions made by ACE regarding reward eligibility or reversal are final and binding.
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed under the jurisdiction applicable to ACE’s main customer agreement.
    • By participating in this program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data—and that of any referred individuals—in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • If you believe that your referral claim/prize eligibility has been incorrectly denied, you may raise a dispute with our Customer Support team by emailing help@acemoneytransfer.com. We aim to respond to all queries within seven (7) working days. Please note that complex or escalated cases may take longer to resolve.
    • Winners will be contacted within 7 working days of the month’s end via email or phone number associated with their account registered with ACE Money Transfer.
    • Prizes will be dispatched within fifteen (15) working days after the winner's confirmation and KYC verification (if applicable).
    • If the winner is unreachable within 10 working days, the prize may be forfeited or offered to the next eligible participant.
    • Rewards are subject to verification. ACE (Company) may delay a Reward for investigation or for any other reason it deems appropriate. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Company’s Privacy Policy, or believes will impose potential liability on the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents. All of the Company's decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, Credit, or Reward is verified.
    Invite a Friend Competition
    1. This competition applies to successful referrals only.
    2. The Prize will be given to the top three customers with a minimum of 12 conversions.
    3. There will be no lucky draw or random selection as the top three contestants will receive special prizes, as mentioned in Section 4 below.
    4. Prizes
      • First Winner - iPhone 15 - 128 GB
      • Second Winner - Apple Watch Series 10 GPS
      • Third Winner- AirPods Pro
    5. If the advertised prize is unavailable, we may substitute an alternative or newer model of equal or greater value.
    6. Successful conversion means a converted customer who fulfils the criteria as mentioned in section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
    7. Having at least 12 successful conversions via referral is mandatory to be eligible for the above prizes.
    8. If there is a tie for any position to arrive at the top 3 three contestants, then the winner will be selected based on the following criteria.
    9. The customer with the most number of invites, though it may not fulfil the criteria of a successful transaction, will be selected as the winner
    10. If there are the same number of invites, the winner will be selected based on the transactions of the referred customers. The customers whose referred customers have the most paid transactions will be announced as the Winners.
    11. If the above two criteria also result in the same tie, then the number of paid transactions would be considered when selecting the winner.
    12. This is a monthly competition, and the winner will be announced each calendar month. At the start of the following month, the table will reset to zero, and last month’s referrals will not be included in the next month.
    13. The referral month for this competition will be based on the date the referred customer signs up. Additionally, the month in which the referral reward is credited - after a successful referral - will also count as the referral month.
    14. The previous month's winner will be eligible to participate and can earn the prize again in the following month.
