Terms and Conditions

  • All individual customers sending money to Nigeria are eligible for participation in the offer.
  • Customers will be auto-enrolled in the offer, and enrollment is free of cost.
  • A credit of £1 on every £10 will be given on a proportionate basis. In simple words, 10% of the amount sent will be given as credit to you irrespective of any upper or lower limit.
  • Credit will be given against the Paid transactions only.
  • Credit will be given only against that part of transfer that is actually paid by the customer, which means part of transfer paid from credits earned shall not qualify for further credits to the extent of amount paid from credit.
  • The amount earned by a customer will be credited to the customer’s available credit in ‘My Rewards option’, for both, Mobile App and Web portal.
  • Customer can redeem available credit while creating transactions with ACE Money Transfer.
  • Customer will be able to pay a maximum of 25% of their transaction amount from available credits in one transaction.
  • If the transaction, created by using credit, gets failed or cancelled, ACE will reverse the credit to your available credits.
  • Credit will be customer specific and the customer will not be able to transfer, exchange, encash, return or otherwise refund credit for own self or with other ACE Money Transfer customers.
  • Offer is not available from Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Canada.
  • ACE reserves the right to add, amend or change the frequency of earning credit with or without prior notice to the Customer.
  • ACE reserves the right to change, terminate, impose a validity period for the participation, extend or reduce the same, and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
