Eligibility

• The promotion is valid from 1st February till 15th March 2023
• The promotion applies to transfers for Pakistan only.
• All remittances sent via ACE Money Transfer to any HBL account or received as cash from any of the 1650+ HBL branches across Pakistan will be eligible for the lucky draw.
• Only paid transfers will qualify for the lucky draw.
• All ACE Money Transfer customers will be eligible to participate in this offer and shall be automatically enrolled per the above criteria.
• The prizes for the campaign are:
• One Brand New Toyota Fortuner 2.7 G; for Sender’s nominee in Pakistan only.
• TEN iPhone 14 Plus - 128 GB; for senders only.
• Winners will be selected through lucky draws to be conducted at the ACE Money Transfer office.
• The draw schedule will be as follows:
• First Draw, 2 iPhones - 8th February 2023
• Second Draw, 2 iPhones - 16th February 2023
• Third Draw, 2 iPhones - 23rd February 2023
• Fourth Draw, 2 iPhones - 2nd March 2023
• Fifth Draw, 2 iPhones - 9th March 2023
• Final Draw, One Toyota Fortuner 2.7 G - 16th March 2023
• The winner can nominate any person of his/her choice in Pakistan to receive the Toyota Fortuner 2.7 G on his/her behalf.
• There can be multiple entries into the lucky draw(s) by making multiple transactions. However, multiple transactions from one sender to one receiver in one day will be considered as one entry.
• The winner(s) will be informed of their respective prize via email and/or call.
• If the winner is not reachable within 7 days of the draw, it shall be considered as disqualified, and there will be a redraw, and the new winner will be nominated accordingly.
• The company holds all the rights to utilise the winner’s Information for promotional purposes.
• The offer is specifically designed only for ACE Money Transfer’s customers, and employees of ACE Money Transfer and HBL are not eligible for this offer.
• The prizes and winnings may be subject to tax implications as per the local laws of the country of your residence or the country of distribution of prizes.
• The winners will be responsible for any personal, advance and/or withholding tax due to rewards earned from this promotion under local tax laws. ACE Money Transfer accepts no liability, therefore.
• Rewards/Prizes are subject to verification. The Company may delay a Reward for investigation or for any other reason it deems appropriate.
• The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Company’s Privacy Policy, or believes will impose potential liability on the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
• All of the Company’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions about any draw, reward or processing of a transaction.
• The campaign and draw dates mentioned are subject to change at the company’s discretion without prior notice.
• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be encashed, except for nominating a person under these terms to receive Toyota Fortuner 2.7 G.
• This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
